TOP STORY - U.K. cable operator Telewest reported that it netted 
23,000 customers, increased ARPU (average revenue per unit - or 
subscriber) to 45.34 pounds ($84.61 U.S.) and reduced monthly churn 
from 1.1 percent to 1.0 percent when compared to fourth quarter 2004. 
Customer and RGU growth was lower than in the seasonally strong 
fourth quarter but higher than in the corresponding quarter last year, 
the company said.

Scientific-Atlanta declared a dividend on its common stock of a penny 
per share, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 27, the 
company said --- Communications Equity Associates said it represented 
LB Cable in the sale of a system serving Warwick, Ga., to Citizens 
Telephone Company --- Crown Media Holdings said it was notified by 
NASDAQ that it will continue to list the company's stock even though the 
Company delayed filing its annual report. Crown Media said its 
continued listing on NASDAQ is conditioned on filing its report by June 
15.
