TOP STORY - Today, The Federal Communications Commission said it
will take a second look at regulations concerning cable horizontal and
vertical ownership limits. The work follows a 2001 ruling by the U.S.
Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., known as Time Warner
Entertainment vs. the FCC, that reversed and remanded the FCC's
cable horizontal and vertical limits.
