The decision clears the way for the NFL's New York Jets to build a new $1.9 billion stadium on the site. Cablevision earlier lost an estimated $400 million bid to develop the property owned by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and sued the agency after it had awarded the project to the Jets for $250 million.
