TOP STORY - Two broadcasters announced separate on-demand deals 
today. First, NBC said it will provide programming from its broadcast 
and cable networks to DirecTV. And CBS said it partnered with Comcast 
to deliver selected prime-time shows on-demand to customers of the 
cable company in markets where it owns and operates stations. More

its Optimum Online will launch two premium tiers for residential and

 Kaufman Bros upgraded EchoStar from "hold" to "buy."
