TOP STORY - Scripps said its networks unit - it's most profitable 
division - saw revenue for the month of October jump 30 percent to 
$84.3 million when compared with the same month last year. October 
advertising revenue at Scripps Networks was up 32 percent and affiliate 
fee revenue increased 17 percent, the company said.

maintained a "buy" rating on News Corp. shares --- DirecTV's next-

will help the company expand high-def offerings, including local TV.
