TOP STORY - The Consumer Electronics Association and the National 
Cable and Telecommunications Association today announced a 
coordinated effort to broaden educational outreach to consumers about 
the transition to digital TV. While specific details of the campaign are 
being developed, efforts likely will include public service 
announcements, enhanced retailer sales force education, outreach via 
on demand services, bilingual education, and comprehensive cable 
customer communication, the organizations said.

Cablevision said it will increase the number of total authorized shares 
from 20 million to 30 million and the number of authorized common 
shares from 10 million to 20 million --- Comcast and Screenlife, creator 
of the board game Scene It?, announced an agreement to develop 
customized VOD versions of the popular movie and TV trivia game --- 
AG Edwards upgraded Outdoor Channel Holdings from "hold" to "buy."

Weekend TV Highlights

"Elizabeth I," the first part of the two-part series, premieres on HBO 
Saturday at 8 p.m. Eastern. The second part of the miniseries shows 
Monday at the same time --- NBC will deliver NHL playoff hockey 
Saturday: New York Rangers taking on the New Jersey Devils, or the 
Colorado Avalanche playing the Dallas Stars. Games start at 3 p.m. 
Eastern. Check local listings for the game available in your area ---
 "Mega Disasters," Saturday at 6 p.m. Eastern on History Channel.
