Hi Paul & Team Stormy just suggested that I should send this out to the mail list rather than just post on wiki. If we have time I would like to discuss a proposal that I had brought up at the Chicago meeting regarding Gnome 3 Release. I have captured some thoughts on this wiki but will need feedback, suggestions and refinement if we all agree that its a worth while effort.
