My understanding was that the nonprofit - the second link in the email I
sent - sets it up for you and handles all the fees. We don't work directly
with the providers but through them.

If not, then http://www.mgive.com is cheaper but I don't think we should do
it if we have to pay $100's a month. We can't justify it.
