If you are trying to take on the task of countering a case that includes such serious charges you really need to also partner with organizations that have substantial credibility and are known for defending people who are being wrongfully charged (the ACLU comes to mind, although they are seen in some circles as being partisan). Otherwise you run the risk of looking like an organization that defends freedom at all costs.
