Great news,

Last time I checked I still could not see the schedule though, could you double 
check ?

I checked with the Linux Foundation and they have not received a confirmation 
from the Chiba-san or Shimazaki-san to publish the schedule yet. Kara Foley 
(Sr. Events Manager, Linux Foundation) is going to follow up with Chiba-san and 
Shimazaki-san today. The schedule is uploaded in the system and ready to be 
published but we just need the confirmation to proceed.
