Has anyone got this up and running, I had some issues with
Stratostack-App-1.0.2.zip.
Looks like a problem with laravel, the code looks ok.
[root@stratostack portal]# php artisan migrate:install
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'class' (T_CLASS), expecting
identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or '{' or '$' in
