Thanks for the draft, I have a few comments:

- Maybe the paragraph with the short CloudStack description could be
moved to the beginning of the announcement
- On the extensions feature, can we mention this includes built in
extensions for Proxmox and HyperV?
- There is a small typo on the Downloads section on the version number
(4.21.1.0 instead of 4.21.0.0)
