Hallo zusammen,
heute wurde die Wahl des Community-Vertreters (Community Contributor
Representative (CCR)) für das Community Council gestartet und endet
schon an diesem Freitag.
Der CCR vertritt im CC die Anwender-Seite und stellt sozusagen eine
Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklern und Anwendern dar.
Folgende Kandidaten stehen zur Wahl:
* Laurent Godard
* Rene Engelhard
* Christian Lohmaier
* Hirano Kazunari
Bitte nehmt an der Wahl teil!
Und so geht's:
1. Loggt Euch auf der OOo-Webseite ein und geht auf die Seite "My Start
Page", falls ihr dort nicht schon automatisch landet.

Falls ihr noch nicht angemeldet seid, könnt ihr das für die Wahl noch
nachholen: http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/Join
2. Rechts seht ihr die Ankündigung zur CCR-Wahl. Klickt auf den dort
angegebenen Link, um zur Wahlseite zu gelangen.
3. Ihr müsst nun zwei Stimmen abgeben. Die Zweitstimme ist nur bei einem
Gleichstand der Erststimmen relevant. Anschließend tragt ihr noch Euren
OOo Benutzernamen ein und klickt dann auf "Send".
4. Ihr erhaltet nun eine E-Mail an die Adresse, die ihr bei Eurer
Anmeldung angegeben habt. Mit dieser Mail müsst ihr Eure Wahl noch
bestätigen. Klickt dazu auf den in der Mail angegebenen Link.

Vote for the next Community Contributor Representative (CCR) to the
Community Council! Voting begins Monday 11 July at 00:00 UTC and
ends Friday, 15 July, at 00:00 UTC.
There are four candidates for the CCR office. The CCR holds a seat
on the Community Council for 6 months (more or less) and represents
you. Prior office holders were CP Hennessy and Daniel Carrera.
The candidate is supposed to be someone who is familiar with
OpenOffice.org (project and product) and able to speak to the needs
of end users as well as the Incubator project members. All the
candidates are qualified. They are (in no particular order):
* Laurent Godard
* Rene Engelhard
* Christian Lohmaier
* Hirano Kazunari
To vote, you must be a registered OpenOffice.org community member.
Here is how to vote:
1. Log in if you are not already. Go to "My start page," and click
on the "Vote Now!" hyperlink on the right hand side. You will be
taken to a page where you can cast your vote.
