This is both false and inaccurate.

It is false because my approach is not negative, rather constructive. I have
been raising a number of issues, and some of them have been positively
considered by Michael Meeks, as seen in his replies
(http://people.gnome.org/~michael/blog/2010-11-02.html). We still have very
different views on some topics, like copyright ownership, and I keep offering a
different perspective bringing factual evidences
(http://robertogaloppini.net/2010/11/19/open-source-communities-control-
community-report-the-451-group/).

It is innaccurate and unfounded, because my consultancy services around open
source projects rate higher projects backed by communities, and even higher
those backed by foundations. And then the idea that my job is to work for
"corporations sponsoring free software projects" is naïve, considering how
rarely it happens I could starve myself if it was half true!:)

On the contrary if the TDF would succeed, this would prove again that a
significant part of the metrics I use to evaluate projects (ranging from the
community size and management style to the level of openness in project's
governance) are of help to assess projects' sustainability.

I hope it helps.
