Just thought that this would be an interesting exercise to do. Here is a
world map at: http://show.mappingworlds.com/world/ (these people do
mapping for the UN)
If you go to "People -> Demographies -> Population", it will show you a
map represented in the shape of size of country size in proportion to
the population of the earth. This gives us the results that most of us
know (at least I hope) but more in a visual form.
