I think it is just "easy access to the source code" that is required?  I think 
the spirit of the agreement would make it more relevant to just let people know 
they can download the product for free and give them the LibreOffice site?

I don't think other projects carry a duplicate copy in Source-code form and 
similarly so for almost every other OpenSource product.  But they do all let us 
know where to access the Source Code easily.

Beware, that due to the software license, when distributing, you
need to deliver the source code along with the binaries as well.
