If you look at the message that was attached, you only had the us
marketing list in To :-)

I included the normal email address, like I always or so I thought, in
the TO: box. I have Marketing and US Marketing addresses in my
contact list.
If I clicked on Bcc, then it was not meant to be done. Oh well, I will
re-send it.
