Well this is a good place to list more of what is on the DVD for sure,
if you figured 3 sheets of paper, front and back, folded and stapled
that is 12 small pages for information.

Maybe not a line by line list, but yes a list of what is on the DVD.
Descriptions of what types of items are in the folders on the DVD. The
list of files is a 17 landscape pages.
Three sheets that are cut down to 7" by 10" since that is the largest is
can be if folded in half. This size unless it gets folded twice. As
long as it fits properly in the case, I am not worried about 1 sheet or
5 sheets.
12 panels of print, 10 to 12 point text, maybe narrow fonts. Whatever
works well and reads well.
