Hi Dhiren, thanks for sharing. Although it includes outdated versions, here is similar training offerings by the same provider partner: http://www.brainstorminc.com/for-business/train-by-product/openoffice.org.aspx I believe many local consultants/professional trainers would take the challenge, specially seing there's already a lot of material available and English could be used there. If you need a hand with this let me know, although I am in Montreal I've done training in India and would gladly go back if there is an opportunity.
