The Documentation Team tends to upload chapters to the wiki first
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation
and then later on the main website
http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/documentation/
within a couple of days.  It gives a chance to double-check things and seems to 
be working well.

I would prefer to have the event related presentations on the wiki (where they 
can be used as a source by project members), and a single official presentation 
on the website.
