of course - but if you embed a logo, where is the difference between
embedding the one with the tagline and the one without? Technically,
it's exactly the same, I guess?

We have created a trademark policy on purpose - everything that is
from/by/stems from TDF can use the tagline, all other materials should
use the logo without the tagline. I think that's a pretty good
compromise, because it shows which materials are by TDF and which are not.
