Hi :) I think the closest is Ian's project in Venezuela or somewhere and errr, well yours tbh lol. Ian's is very close to being rolled out fully and already has partners and colleges and funding and stuff all lined-up.
Do you mean the "European Computer Driving Licence" course? ECDL 'recently' (about a year ago or a bit more) split into 2 components. One at about NVQ Level 1 or 2 that can be taken within a few weeks or as a 1night per week type course but the other is more like an O Level (allegedly) and needs about half full-time study for about a year. Sorry that is all very vague as i lost track of what they were doing around about the time they created the split and details hadn't been finalised.
