I think using this for special events is a good idea! For official confcalls I would like to avoid this for the moment, since people are sometimes on the road and cannot participate via an online service, but rather via phone. But for talking to a developer, QA hunting sessions and so on, that indeed sounds good. Thanks for bringing this up!
