I will be making a donation soon to that page.
It is set up as the donation page for the NA-DVD web site's "index" page.
I will be making a 3.5.7 DVD this month and will add a donation page
with the link to the DVD's pages.
Well, I gave the 3x figure in my posting as a way to make sure there are
enough funds for that "line item" and extra for other "line items" that
could use some more money.

And for that 3x the fixed costs for running the infrastructure is the
absolute minimum. If there weren't more donations than 3x the
infrastructure costs, we'd be in trouble/spend too much on
infrastructure :-)
The difference between contributors that are TDF-members and
LibreOffice contributors in general has been explained in another
posting.
