Hi :) Yes. It is difficult to ensure all 3 panels always have exactly equal margins but it might be nice to push the standard A4 margins out a bit for tri-fold leaflets. We fudged it in 'my' company (i don't own it, i just work here) but i would guess there is an elegant solution for tri-fold margins.
The rest of the layout looked fine to me and i think the CC-by-NC-SA(?) license was shown properly.
