Hi :) I think it's best to think o things like that as "works in progress". Some people would rather have someone "proof-read" thir work before posting it up for all the world to see. Also some of us don't have all the skills (or time) needed to finish a job in one go so it's better to have it where other people can carry on the task until it is ready for public display.
