I think in this case it is exactly what Zeiki means: grab it free -as in beer- 
the message was not about values. 

Anyway, there's much food for thought in Zeiki's experiment. It is also known 
that a frequently cared for and active Twitter account can lead far. Right now 
Florian tweets from this mostly; we ought to help him more and RT the tweets as 
well. 

In other words, we need more community involvement as well as more resources 
(people being able to spend more time on it). It will definitely be a topic of 
discussion during the board's strategy meeting.
