I don't know if anyone in the current Documentation group has ideas on what 
videos would be needed first. I certainly don't; I haven't really thought about 
it.

My personal interest is in videos for intermediate users, not beginners, but 
that audience may not be the highest priority.

You're certainly welcome to bring the topic up on the documentation list. 
Coordination is a good thing.
