One little design thing: I made the logo for the Freiburg Hackfest [1] and the Munich 2012 Hackfest [2]. There I put in the TDF favicon to make the banner recognizable to LibreOffice. So it is easier for you to use the banner for itself and to let it be connected to TDF.
