This is all the purpose of adapting, translating, organizing the content
for your regional needs. Jean has done the basis for the overall
community and it was the most difficult part to put all together in a
nice way.
That won't fit for all communities (language or regional groups). For
example, I will replace the pictures by one from the FR community and
will reorganize the project contributions in the order of our needs
(most important first and last, less important in the middle).
So for you, it will be a matter of adapting to your regional
[law/purpose/audience/etc.] The most important is to have the basis,
then we can adapt :)
