I use to do this in my local area of New York State, USA.
I would think it would be a good idea to have a CD or DVD with
LibreOffice software in the operation system used in your area. For me,
it was Windows, Mac OS [not iOS], and Linux [both DEB and RPM].
Give the people what they need to take a CD or DVD home/office and they
can start using the software. This is the way I do it before my physical
disability stopped me from doing small seminars.
