I feel the same. I’m quite experienced user and I can find stuff I need, but I 
know that not all people will know, for example how to use mailing list, how to 
make account at wiki, where I need to ask to access… Currently potential 
contributor have to be Insightful to get all tools that he need to use. I would 
be great if there was a person the volunteer could turn to, even with stupid 
questions. 

I have unofficially my mentor 😄 From the beginning I got answers from Mike 
Saunders for almost all of my questions and led me trough my first tasks. Why 
don’t we make it official way?
