Many users use archlinux say that upgrading their system is a difficult thing.. Fedora tries to be user-friendly, no too many troubles for users... that's why I use it since fc3. Seriously, Kevin's words is really right. Many low-level users may not learn anything from Fedora but just doing upgrading everyday. : )
