We currently have 3 Magazine-specific badges in the Fedora Badges
system. They are for posts with 1K, 5K and 25K pageviews.
Every few months, i click on every post with these numbers, and find the
users that need the badge. Here are the new recipients of the badges
(the full list can be seen on each individual badge page)

No new users with posts over 25K
5K -- https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/clickbait-fedora-magazine-ii
