That being said, the magazine could also support articles in languages
other than English, and does not seem to explicitly require article
proposals to be in English:

This might be a good way to embrace diversity and widen participation.
RedHat/Fedora has mostly used English for daily operations. Companies
such as Lenovo have probably had to adopt a multilingual environment.
