I dropped him this line: "Greetings Jason, if you look at Sugar (you could start with any PC and run Sugar on a Stick from any USB thumb drive) I think you would find that most of what you are speaking about is covered. Parental controls could be managed with an XS server (also freely available, but requires some tech knowledge). Sugar is certainly not all work and no play :-) Sean"
