The first step, I can propose is as follows. Every one has a bunch email
IDs in their address book. So we can prepare an attractive mailer, which
can be distributed to many through the address books of all the volunteers.
A word of mouth advertising to start with. Whom ever I meet I talk to them
about AOO and Ubuntu, both of them I am using
