great, there is already a good collection. I would keep the proposed changes minimal because we need developers who do the work on the changed design. Exchanging images is one easy part, redesign and changing code more work, especially in our code where UI is more work and can't be compared with for example Java swing ;-) The About dialog looks wrong at least compared with the MacOS version. I think it is not really different on the platforms. I have to check the other platforms. The offical product name is "Apache OpenOffice" but the normal usage is OpenOffice. We have already changed the former name "OpenOffice.org" to simply "OpenOffice". This means the installation directory for 4.0 is only "OpenOffice 4" or "openoffice4". The string name references in the product are changed from OpenOffice.org to OpenOffice. "Apache OpenOffice" will be used in official public communication/announcements and in the logo/logo artifacts.
