You are doing something wrong. a) from the address you want to unsubscribe, send a mail to [email protected] b) you will a confirmation mail from [email protected] with the subject "confirm unsubscribe from [email protected]". Read this mail, and follow the instructions, basically where it says: To confirm that you would like <your mail> removed from the marketing mailing list, please send a short reply to this address: <confirmation address> Simply send a mail to the confirmation address.
