Yes I am volunteering to lead the website development, whether its me or a group of people coding it/creating graphics and assets.
I try to collaborate on independent pieces of marketing for two reasons: 1. If its small pieces I can open and closes them independently, important because I can only commit 4 hours a week to AOO. 2. I get some consensus with the collaboration along the way so its not a surprise at the end. The website would have the biggest impact.
