Yes, first we want to know what budget is available after covering the 
expenses. This is why we need to define what are these expenses and also 
find out who wants to sponsor the event in addition to Nokia.

First things first.

Before agreeing on the criteria for sponsorship we need to agree on the 
criteria for participants. I have drafted a proposal at 
http://wiki.qt-project.org/Events/Qt_Contributors_Summit and I will 
start a new thread.

We also need to agree on the work needed and the team that will address 
that work.
