I am kind of waiting for people to propose demos … perhaps should ask
for that on the developer list, not the marketing list.

I asked the organizer of the Berlin hack'n'tell whether he'd be willing
to moderate the sessions (as it needs a bit of experience, and I
wouldn't want to be the one moderating it). He didn't have time but
wished us best of luck. He also mentioned that he does not like us
calling it "hack'n'tell" (meh), in order to avoid confusion with "his"
show. I already changed it on the program, now it only reads "Demos", in
case you wondered.

I think We would have always both ready, no? The focus of the demos was
to fit with the general focus of the day, so say UI demos second day and
anything involving web demos on third day.

We need to get at least enough folks booking their slot for the first
day. Ideally of course, demos would be crafted during the conference and
be shown right off the bat.

6-8 demos per session is usually sufficient, though more is better. If
we somehow get lot of interest, you would want a short break in between,
to refill drinks.

I could bring a camcorder, would need to check out whether it connects
to a video projector. I lack a tripod though.

Michael
