I don't know if this is appropriate, but why not seed it via p2p? Also, if it's really an issue, I can put it on my site. Not to speak for Drew, but I should think he can host it on his site. I see that Rackspace is a sponsor of SCALE (I use their CloudSites product). If you're interested, I'll contact them at SCALE and ask if they'd be willing to donate some CloudFiles space. I'm not sure of the politics of that question as I'm not a TDF member.
