+1 for this general format, IMO. Perhaps not the exact directory name
for the common directory, but yes some common directory equal to the
language split.

    index.html
    \English
    \Francaise
    \Espanol
    \common
    \common\themes
    \common\LibreOffice-install-files
    \common\...

for instance..
