Almost no chance that LibreOffice will be part of the official OSCON
program. We're too late. The exhibit is full and there's a waiting
list that includes some substantial names. Don't know who they all are
but they include OpenSUSE and PostgreSQL.

As promised on the IRC meeting, I've already made contact with the
MariaDB people and have requested OSCON/O'Reilly representative names
to contact.

We're considering doing some guerrilla marketing kinds of
things...maybe a BoF, sign in the entrance hall. Ideas are welcome.
Any proposals have to be run by the conference organizers. I will do
that.

Anyone else from the LibO Marketing team from the Portland area? OSCON
is July 25-29. Entrance to the exhibit hall is free or cheap (if the
deadline's gone). It would work well for LibO people to cruise the
exhibit hall talking with attendees and exhibitors.

Other ideas?

Carl
