FWIW, I haven't tested it extensively but I am using it on several systems, including a test Windows systems, since RC1 without crashers or major problems for a few weeks now. One major improvement I noticed is that some DOCX files that wouldn't even show content are now usable for the first time. I favor pushing pre-release or cutting-edge releseases to technical audiences, so I'd encourage you to go ahead.
