Fellow Libertarians, This is to let you know that draft version V0.2 of the Libertarian Candidates Guide has been uploaded to
http://www.wgla.org/lib/candidates2008/ This fills in many, but not all, of the sections that were missing from Draft V0.1. There are still sections that need work, but, with one exception, we now have sufficient help offered or already in place to be able to complete them. I expect one more significant revision and then perhaps a minor one, all certainly complete by the end of November. The section that continues to be in danger of NOT being included is the one on FEC reporting; the current set of authors lack experience in this area. We will try one more time to find past candidates who can contribute, but, failing that, this section will not appear in the Guide. Regards, Allen Rice
