I guess it depends on what you mean by "worse." In none of the previous excerpts does Paul actually quote, cite, thank and offer subscription information for the magazine (American Renaissance) of an avowed white separatist (Jared Taylor). While some of the previous excerpt are provocative to the point of being plausibly racist in the language they use to tie various ills to _black_ identity politics, it's only in the current excerpts that Paul crosses over into decrying a lack of similar _white_ identity politics. The current excerpts push Paul only a little closer to David Duke than the previous ones, but the newly revealed Duke reference comes right in the middle of several paragraphs of "the blacks this, the blacks that, and the blacks the other thing." I can see how the fact that he does quail -- barely -- from rhetorically stretching his right hand forth at a 135 degree angle from the ground and screeching "WHITE POWER!" would lead one to a conclusion of "not as bad as I feared," but not how it would lead to a conclusion of "not as bad as the previous excerpts." I've only read about half of the new stuff, as for some reason it keeps locking up my Adobe reader. Not having seen it, the only real explanation I can come up with for your "not as bad" conclusion is there's enough "not as bad" stuff among the material I haven't seen yet to trigger your "net reduction" fetish or something.
