Conference "Cetaceans, sea turtles and sharks of the Adriatic Sea" 26th – 28th October 2006 Hosted by: Acquario di Cattolica – Parco Le Navi   Second Announcement   Dear Colleagues, whitin the framework of the project ADRIA-Watch "An Observatory of the Great Vertebrates of the Northern Adriatic sea" we have the pleasure to invite you to attend the conference "Cetaceans, sea turtles and sharks of the Adriatic Sea".   Program : October 26th, Thursday: -         afternoon: Adria-Watch partners meeting -         evening: public conference (to be defined)   October 27th – 28th, Friday and Saturday: -         Scientific Conference -         Guided visit to the Cattolica Aquarium   Scientific Conference Sessions may include as well: Conservation and management Distribution and abundance Interaction with fisheries Biology and behaviour Morphology, molecular biology and genetics Official languages will be english and italian. Translator italian-english and english-italian will be available. Registration Registration to the conference is free of charge. Regular registration before deadline gives right to four coffee-breaks and two buffet lunches for free! Proceedings Proceedings of the conference will be published in short time. For this we shall need your help as follows: We invite all of the authors to bring directly to the conference their works, on a labeled CD-Rom, already in extended and final version. Text should be in Times 12, picture in jpg format, graphs as Excel files.
