Dear MARMAMERS, I am in the process of updating the compendium of world-wide whalewatch guidelines and regulations. The 2009 version is posted on the website of the International Whaling Commission. The 2010 update will be posted this summer. I would greatly appreciate receiving any new codes, guidelines or regulations that have been formulated over the past year, ideally before 1 May.
